01 / The service
Instead of a database you search yourself, LiveLeadFeed delivers only the new filings in your county, matched to county property records. Each subscription covers its purchased county and lead types.
Start with pre-foreclosure filings and code violations in Oklahoma County. Divorce, probate and eviction filings are planned after legal review. More counties will be added one at a time.
01Every lead carries its filing date, property address, owner name and mailing address from county records. No lead is ever delivered twice.
02Review leads in your portal or export a CSV to your CRM, dialer or mailing list. Verify the record, then decide what deserves your attention.
0302 / A look inside
Each delivery groups the new leads in your county by type. Use the filing date, lead type and property details to decide what to work first.

03 / Delivery options
Daily, weekly and every-30-day options describe how often deliveries are scheduled. Every subscription renews every exactly 30 days.
For people who make property research part of their daily routine. Matching records are scheduled for delivery every day.
Billing: every exactly 30 days
Frequency is not a promise of new records in every delivery. Record availability depends on the offered category and area. This illustration does not define a first batch, historical backlog or final partial delivery.
04 / A considered workflow
Research helps you ask better questions. A record alone does not establish that an owner wants to sell or that a transaction will be possible.
Pick the county and lead types that match the market you work. Each subscription covers only what you purchased.
Open an available batch in the portal or work from its CSV. Check the context and determine what needs further investigation.
Independently confirm property information, current circumstances and suitability. Any outreach is your responsibility and should be respectful.
05 / Good questions
Clear expectations make for better research.
